What you need:
Fresh Salmon filets
Olive oil
Red wine vinegar
Liquid smoke
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Kosher salt
Basil
Honey
Preheat oven to 425.
Rinse salmon filets and poke holes on each side with fork. Coat each filet with olive oil on both sides. Drizzle with red wine vinegar and liquid smoke. Sprinkle with onion powder, garlic powder, kosher salt, and basil. Flip to other side and repeat. Drizzle each filet with 1/2 Tbsp – 1 Tbsp of honey (depending on size of filets). Bake for 20 minutes. Great served with Birdseye Steam Fresh brown rice and sugar snap peas.
