Just a few tidbits to bring you up to date on what’s been happening in Mandisa’s world…
This summer, Mandisa performed at the annual MOPS (Mothers of PreSchoolers) conference in Nashville. While there, she did an interview with Focus on the Family, which you can watch online here.
This year, Mandisa has been working on memorizing scriptures, a new passage each month. You can read her blog entry about it here.
Just this past Wednesday (9/7), Mandisa was in New York City with the radio station KLOVE, serving at a homeless shelter as well as talking with Scott & Kelli on the air. Leading up to the event, this is what she had to say on Facebook:
“Sunday is the 10th anniversary of the September 11th attacks on America. I’m heading to New York with Scott and Kelli tomorrow to make a difference in the lives of several homeless New Yorkers. Will you be one of 1 million people to make a difference in someone’s life this 9/11? Sign up to do so here.”
Mandisa also continues to participate in the Women of Faith conferences. Keep up with all of her tour dates here.

My girls, Estella (7) and Nevaeh (5) love your wake up song “Good Morning” The entire CD is a tremendous blessing especially when children request to listen to it. God bless you.

Hi Mandisa, I Love your music, I started a library at my church and I have all 3 of your CDs in it. I’m trying to learn some of your songs. I got my beautiful daughter in law to sing God Speaking w/ a sound track at our last Sunday nite singing and I am going to do “Not Guilty” at our next one. I’m also trying to learn Victorious and How Much. I have soundtracks for them but I don’t like them as well so I am trying to
do my own guitar playing on them. Which is not easy since I’m an old (56) white guy
who has only been singing and playing for about 4 years. Keep up the good work I can’t wait till your next album. I’ve written 4 or 5 songs there is one called “Jesus the Name That’s Meant to Sing” I’ll send it to you when I get it finished. It has alot of music theory in it. LOVE, Phil
