I’m so syched for Mandisa’s new album!! These songs are wonderful, and Mandisa’s voice is incredible as always. I’ve listened to all the song snippets on Amazon as well, and am inpressed with those. Mandisa, I’ve been a fan of yours since your American Idol days, and have all three of your albums, and your book,, which is an absolute joy to read. I remember you saying you felt that the American Idol watchers forgot about you even being on the show after Chris Daughtry was eliminated. but I sure didn’t!!! I hope that makes you feel better. I have always wanted to meet you someday. You are such an inspiring person!
    May God Bless you always!!!!!

Mandisa, I first heard your song “Stronger” on a local radio station and just couldn’t get enough of it! I kept listening to the station just to hear it again and again. Went looking for the song to purchase for someone who could really use an encouraging word – only to find out your album won’t be out for another 2 days! I’ve since listened to the tracks for your new album and am really impressed! Thank you for the very positive, honest, and REAL messages you have to share — keep up the good work. You are truly a gift to us all!

Can’t wait for mandisa’s album to come out. It’s funny, I never really was in to mandisa’s style until I heard stronger on itunes. It is more pop contemporary, which is more my cup of tea. I loved stronger so I was really excited to hear more of her album. What i’ve heard the album sounds amazing! My fave songs are definitely gonna be stronger, what if we were real, these days, the truth about me, waiting for tomorrow and lifeline. So excited, can’t wait for tuesday!

Well, I’ve been trying all week to listen to your songs, Mandisa, and apparently, since I live outside the USA I cannot! Boo! Oh well, at least I was able to preorder it and should get it soon. But maybe you could consider us Canucks when offering free listens….we love you too! ♥

Ugh I hate it when people complain about not getting something that is free instead of being grateful. I couldn’t get it to play either and I’m in the US so it’s not a grand conspiracy against the Canucks…

I’m not sure why your label thought this song was too “edgy” for a single. As someone who grew up in a conservative/fundamentalist church, went to Bob Jones – the whole nine yards– I know that everyone from my mom and mother-in-law to my contemporaries is discussing this very issue. If we really understand the notion of grace, we will understand that we don’t have to be perfect – we CAN’T be perfect. There’s no “to do list” that we can check off to make ourselves more acceptable to God apart from the blood of Jesus. And, we’re missing the blessing of sharing our hurts and struggles with our Christian friends so that we can share in their triumphs and victories by the grace of God. Also, there’s a whole generation out there who is waiting for us to stop pretending we don’t face the same temptation and heartaches as everyone else. What if we were real? We’d be able to reach out to others rather than spend our time holding on to our pride.

I love every song on your new CD!!! I love Stronger , but I think right now my favorite is Crying for the season I am in my life. I have always loved all your music cause I can see and hear it all comes from down deep in your inner most part of your heart and soul. You are REAL! It’s not about making money or a name for yourelf. It is to help other find Jesus through your life experiences and let them know he is always there. I love me some MANDISA because she loves her JESUS!!!!
